In case of non-delivery arising out of wrong or incomplete address or any other reason / mistake attributable to the customer, extra re-delivery costs shall be charged by Tiger Marrón from the customer.

Complaints about the delivery of damaged goods/products, or the customer's willingness to return the product, must be communicated to Tiger Marrón via email or phone within two days of receipt. Once the Tiger Marrón team receives the product, they will conduct a quality control inspection and then either replace the damaged goods or issue a refund within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned products.
